Rebuilding brand confidence through a powerful relaunch video
Client: Wirquin Ltd
Industry: Plumbing and Sanitaryware
Location: Doncaster
Project Objective: To restore brand trust and showcase Wirquin’s renewed strength and expanded offerings after a period of brand uncertainty.
Challenge: Rebuild customer and supplier confidence following a warehouse relocation abroad, which had impacted perceptions of the brand.
The Open House Pictures team conducted in-depth interviews with Wirquin’s stakeholders to understand their core strengths, values, and the reasons their customers valued their products and service. From this, we designed a narrative that focused on the company’s legacy, innovation, and resilience, emphasising what makes Wirquin a trusted industry leader.
Planning: Our creative team developed a storyline highlighting Wirquin’s extensive product range, robust supply chain, and state-of-the-art warehouse facilities.
Filming: We conducted a combination of on-site videography, with both ground and aerial footage. Drone operators captured the scale and sophistication of Wirquin’s warehouse operations, providing a visual showcase of their expanded capacity.
Editing: We crafted both a comprehensive company video and a shorter social media version to communicate Wirquin’s strengths across different platforms.
Creative Elements: Featuring aerial footage to showcase the size and operational strength of Wirquin’s facilities, with strategic framing of their key products to reinforce quality and scale.
Open House Pictures created a compelling narrative-driven video that reintroduced Wirquin as a brand committed to quality, innovation, and growth. The video was created to convey a sense of renewal and reliability, incorporating both dynamic warehouse footage and close-up product highlights to connect with suppliers and customers alike.
Results
Since launching the video, Wirquin has deployed it across their social media channels, website, and Amazon sales platform, leading to impressive results.
Wirquin has doubled its product sales on Amazon following the video’s release.
Throughout planning this project, working with Open House has been easy from start to finish because they have taken all our ideas at Arnold Laver and put them in a plan. The videos have done really well, especially on TikTok so I’m really pleased with that

A product video is a type of short form content that showcases all the different areas of your product. It allows your audience to get a full picture of what you’re selling and why it’s worth them making a purchase. The beauty of a product video is you can make a variety of different types that best suit what you’re selling.
Product videos can suit a wide range of budgets. If you’re after something cost effective that shows off your product in a studio or if you want to get actors and locations involved, there’s options for everyone. If you have an idea or examples of product videos you like the look of, then that’s a great starting point. With all of our product clients our focus is on the best results from the budget you have.
This depends on the type of product video you’re looking for. Something more simple like a studio setup can take a lot less time as it’s a simple type of video to make. If you’re wanting to shoot at a location, for example a living room or kitchen, with actors then this can take longer to prepare and longer to edit. That being said most product videos tend to be completed anywhere from a couple of weeks up to 1-2 months.
Firstly, having a finished product and a general idea of what type of video you’d like to create is a great starting point. We’d then have a meeting to discuss the exact requirements with a few straightforward questions so we can give you the most cost effective quote possible.
